Golf Harris where formed in 1997, during a round of pitch and putt golf in Fleetwood, Lancashire. Playing on the 18 hole course that day where Paul Burke (guitars), John Crewdson (vocals, keyboards), Riccardo Terranova (guitars) and Warwick Durnian (bass). After a 20 minute rehersal they where playing their first gig that very night, at the (now demolished) Durban pub in Cleveleys.
