GhostHaus
About GhostHaus
In late 2016, a new band emerged from a small beach town in New Jersey with a handful of heartfelt and poorly recorded emo songs. The band, consisting of a bunch of idiot boys, called themselves Shoobies, and would go on to hone their sound, and along the way amass an international following of wonderful and supportive fans. I, myself, being one of them. So much so, that when I found out the boys weren’t signed to a major record label, I’d decided to start one myself, and sign Shoobies as my first order of business. Now, more than four years since their debut demo EP ‘Dear June’ dropped, the boys have officially announced via social media that they will no longer be touring under the moniker Shoobies, and instead will continue on as GhostHaus. This may have come as a shock to most (except for me) (they told me it was happening in 2019) so I’ve decided to sit down with front man Casey Marley Breidenbach and pick his brain.
