Her life as a teenage mother to daughter Sophia became part of two wildly popular shows on MTV, 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom. Her final appearance on Teen Mom aired in 2012. That same year, she released her memoir "My Teenage Dream Ended" and a ten-track musical companion of the same name.
