About Dseeva
Sub Conscious Records are extremely proud to present the 16th release "Dseeva - No Comment" on the Sydney based independent record label since 2007. Sub Conscious Records (SubC) was formed in 2007 by KWITS Crew's frontmen "Sceptic & Dseeva". It has since grown to have over 300,000 views on the Official YouTube Channel, selling into the thousands of albums, countless downloads and a record of two and a half thousand views in under 2days for one debut video. (taken from "Sceptic & Dseeva - Calm Before The Storm LP" SCR014). "Dseeva - No Comment" "Dseeva - No Comment" is Dseeva's first release as a solo artist. He has done "No Comment" in such close succession to his last release (Calm Before The Storm), that it just solidifies his obvious inability to escape his continuous state of Hip-Hop psychosis(DESCRIBE YOUR IDEA OF "HIP HOP PSYCHOSIS"). "No Comment" is 79+ minutes of honest lyricism during which the listener will be forced to reconsider themselves and thier surroundings in both a physical and emotional sense. It represents the artists rollercoaster life of ups and downs. This Release covers a lot of bases pertaining to self image and self exploration - in patricular the correlation between mood, energy, opinion and confidence (or lack thereof). No comment introduces itself by kicking in the door waving a four-four with a cocky-drunk, "swagger on a hundred thousand trillion" bad attitude, which evolves into an anger that is surpassed only by being physically in the room when a straight jacket-bound man looses his marbles and says "enough is enough" to everything. This release is by far Dseeva's most honest, thought-out, moment capturing and personal work yet. About 85-90% of this album was written, recorded and mixed in Grandiose Void by Dseeva whilst he was on conditional compliance Bail, waiting for sentencing at Court and as soon he was granted bail, so also while being curfew from 8pm-6am 7 days a week. Both the stress of no longer being the person in control of his own freedom and a plus also feeling like he had lost the final say on choices that he's yet to make are both (feelings that the average person) ; captured and released within this installment shows us exactly what a growing and recognisably unseemingly indestructible force to be reckoned with. This is a release thats continues with the strut mentality that all SubC Members are known for having for ever somesort representing for over 5 years now on the song "Cant Deny It Ft. Nihilist, Kaos & Micky D" also felt the deepheartfelt and honest songs like "Darkness", Like She Cared" and "Monster". These tracks are: in Dseeva's eyes and many others who have had a preview of this release: Dseeva's best music to date. These songs are definitely the most honest and least give-a-fuck lyrics yet. Dseeva has previously released -"Sceptic & Dseeva - Hip Hop Psykosis" SCR001 (c) 2007 -"KWITS Crew - The Relapse Mixtape" SCR003 (c) 2008 (KWITS Crew = Kaos, 2Far, Mick Dirt, Count Bils, Sceptic & Dseeva) -"Sceptic & Dseeva - SubC Baby Mixtape" SCR010 (c) 2010 -"Sceptic & Dseeva - Calm Before The Storm LP" SCR013 (c) 2011 All of which are Sold Out and no longer available, except - "SubC Baby Mixtape" which is available for FREE Download at www.subc.com.au and "Calm Before The Storm LP" which was Officially Distributed via Green Media [MGM] and is currently available Online at iTunes and WaterFront Records, hard copies available at all Leading Edge, JB HiFi, HMV, Sanity and all good independent music stores around Australia.
