About Daniel Karl Morgan
Daniel Karl Morgan is a singer/song-writer/guitarist from Llanelli, South Wales, UK. Described by his local press as “a stalwart of the South Wales music scene”, Daniel is well known as a solo artist and guitarist and since the release of his debut album "Loud and Clear" in 2008 he has continued to release a consistently high standard of recordings to his ever-growing fanbase. He has also fronted a number of popular rock bands, most notably pop-rockers Artimus Crisis and prog-influenced hard rock group Time Circus. Daniel has also performed his own album material live with his band Real Numbers. Typically his records feature a combination of solo acoustic material interspersed or combined with modern and classic rock styles. His song “Clockyards” has recieved a generous amount of airplay on local and internet radio stations and the funky acoustic rocker “Seduced” continues to be a popular MP3 download on iTunes and CD Baby. A number of Daniel's songs have also been featured in other formats including "Elephant Song" and "The Great Outdoors" which both appear on the soundtrack to "Scooters in the Sahara"; a documentary that continues to raise money for the Bansang Hospital Appeal. In 2013 Daniel releases his latest EP "Goodbye Mariachi" in which he explores a more pop-oriented side to his song-writing; utilising the strengths of his guest musicians to compliment his unique lyrical and vocal style to create a delightful range of plush, textured and expansive sounds across 4 tracks.
