About Crimson Ivy

Formed in 1987 or 1988, Crimson Ivy played the San Francisco Bay Area extensively and produced Spiritual Vision (LP) and Existence/Here We Are (EP) through 1989. In 1993, the band produced the Bloodlife (LP), which expanded a bit further on the groups' electronic industrial sound, while still retaining their gothic roots until later in their career. In 2009, the group returned after a 15 year absence with Youarewho (LP- originally recorded in 1994 and released in 2009 as a download). The group announced in January that a new album will be produced in 2010.
