About Chief Digger
Chief Digger is an ongoing project by musician and multimedia artist Matthew Greasley. Based in Bedfordshire, Matthew creates dark, often melodic, electronic soundscapes that range from experimental ambient through to dubstep and drum’n’bass, creating sounds that are both exciting and innovative: Music that you can dance to…sometimes. Matt also works as a VJ and audio-visual DJ, occasionally performing at venues such as Londons’ Vibe Bar, and has performed at Bestival, providing visual stimulation for acts such as 808 State, Fabio & Grooverider, Skream, The Human League & Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry.
