About Andrew Chibale

Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Andrew Chibale has always been interested in music. He began developing a taste for electronic sounds back in his native country but never thought of pursuing a dj career until he moved to south Florida in January of 2000. Andrew’s first experience on the decks was on February of 2002. Ever since then, his music has gone from trance, drum & bass, break beats to HOUSE which is his favorite. His influences along the past few years have been Danny Tenaglia, Oscar G, Chus & Ceballos, Gene Carbonell, Patrick Turner, Joshua Collins and many others. These are the pioneers that brought Andrew to the style he “spins” today: deep, tech, tribal and progressive house music. Early appearances include, being invited by friend dj Becha to play a guest spot at the Miami electronic music station “The Womb”. This gave birth to a new affiliation and a new radio show which lasted a little less than a year. Also, on May 2004, Andrew held a short residency at Sonar Night Club in Hollywood, FL. In Miami, Andrew has spun alongside international and local dj celebrities such as Steve Lawler, Demi, Carl Kennedy, Cedric Gervais, Shawn Rudnick, Cue, Bruno and many others. He has also spun great guest spots at the hottest clubs in south Florida like Amika, Crobar, Nikki Beach, Nocturnal, Opium Garden, Spirits, State & the Fifth. Upcoming projects include original productions as well as new mixed promotional material.
