Formed in early 2004 Almost Is Nothing set out to be the type of band who prides themselves on the level of musicianship and dedication within the band, deciding to focus inward instead of outward in regards to reaching their goals. Having garnered a loyal fanbase in the Portland Metropolitan area Almost Is Nothing has gained a reputation as being one of the top metal acts in the city. Being capable of putting on high energy perfomances while still capturing the original integrity of the songs, respect is something the band has earned from many of their peers. Putting countless hours into honing their skills as a band the guys decided early that they would earn their achievements the right way, one fan at a time.
