About Elie Semoun
A French stand-up comedian, singer, actor and writer of Jewish background born 16 October 1963 in Antony. He started his career as an actor in the French sitcom "Vivement lundi", but became famous as a stand-up comedian touring with Dieudonne, a Negro. Most of their sketches were social-critical about racism and life of immigrants in the poorer districts of French cities.
